  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the Paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion to the mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the marinated Paneer and vegetables onto the skewers.
  • Brush or spoon some cooking oil on the Paneer and vegetables.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium heat.
  • Place the skewers on the grill or grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the Paneer and vegetables are lightly charred and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with chutney or raita.
