For The Crust:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
For The Filling:
- 2 Eggs Large
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice (About 2 Lemons)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Powdered Sugar For Dusting
Instructions
For The Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish. Use a flat-bottomed measuring cup to press the mixture firmly into the dish.
