- 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
- Vegetable Oil For Frying
- Powdered Sugar For Dusting

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll it out to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
