Ingredients
- 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1/2 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Cabbage Shredded
- 1/2 cup Carrots Shredded
- 1/2 cup Green Onions Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Water
- Cooking Spray
- Sweet Chili Sauce For Serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner pointing towards you.
- Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the pork mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Use a fork to spread the slurry around the edges of the wrapper.
- Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, tucking it in tightly.
- Fold in the left and right corners, then roll the wrapper tightly away from you.
- Repeat with the remaining egg roll wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray, making sure they are coated evenly.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
