- Large Skillet Or Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes Medium, Peeled And Chopped Into 1-Inch Cubes
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped potatoes and onions to the skillet and stir to coat with the oil.
- Season the potatoes and onions with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are slightly tender.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking the potatoes and onions for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the home fries from the heat and serve immediately.
