Ingredients
- 1 tbsn Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 Ounces), Undrained
- 1 can Kidney Beans (15 Ounces), Drained And Rinsed
- 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula, until it's browned and cooked through.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir to combine.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and chicken broth to the pot and stir to combine.
- Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together and the chili has thickened.
- Divide the chili into bowls and top with shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, sour cream, or diced avocado, if desired.
