- 8 oz Tempeh Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the water until a smooth batter forms.
- Place the sesame seeds in a separate shallow dish.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a medium-sized frying pan over medium-high heat.
