- 8 slices Bread Preferably A Day Old
- 3 Eggs Large
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Butter or Oil For Cooking
- Maple Syrup or Powdered Sugar For Serving (Optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Heat a griddle or large frying pan over medium heat and add a pat of butter or a drizzle of oil to coat the surface.
