For The Marinade:
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
For The Fajitas:
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Or
- Skirt Steak Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 2 Bell Peppers (1 Red, 1 Green), Sliced
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 8 Flour Tortillas

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the sliced chicken breasts or skirt steak in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and allow it to heat up.
- Add the marinated chicken or skirt steak to the hot skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
