- 1 head Cauliflower Large, Chopped Into Florets
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
