For The Salad:
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Washed And Chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
- 1/4 cup Black Olives Pitted And Sliced (Optional)
For The Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
For The Croutons:
- 4 slices Day-Old Bread Cut Into Cubes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the croutons.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and black olives (if desired). Toss gently to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined. This is your Caesar dressing.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss well to ensure all the ingredients are coated.
