For The Bulgogi Beef:
- 1 lb Thinly Sliced Beef Sirloin Or Ribeye
- 1/2 Onion Sliced
- 2 Green Onions Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For The Tacos:
- 8 small Tortillas corn or flower
- 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Sliced Radishes
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
- Sriracha Mayo To Taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the sliced beef to the mixing bowl and mix until fully coated in the marinade. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and sliced onions to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Heat the tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until warmed through.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of bulgogi beef on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced radishes, chopped cilantro, and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
- Serve and enjoy!
