- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 cup Potatoes Peeled And Sliced
- 1 cup Carrots Sliced
- 1 cup Celery Sliced
- 1 cup Onion Chopped
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
