- 3 Banana Ripe, Mashed
- 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the baking soda and salt to the bowl and whisk until well combined.
