Ingredients
For The Chicken:
- 4 Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Ginger Grated
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
For The Vegetables:
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 2 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
For The Rice:
- 2 cup Rice Cooked
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce mixture and whisk until combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
