- 1 lb Raw Shrimp Large, Peeled And Deveined
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
- Sweet Chili Sauce For Serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and shredded coconut.
- Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko and coconut mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp into the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
