- Ice Cubes
- 4 oz Cognac
- 2 oz Orange Liqueur
- 2 oz Lemon Juice Fresh
- Sugar For Rimming (Optional)
- Lemon Wedge For Rimming (Optional)
- Orange Wedge For Garnish
Instructions
- Rim two chilled glasses with sugar (optional). To do this, run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim in sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cognac, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
- Strain the cocktail evenly into the glasses.
- Garnish with a lemon twist (optional) or an orange wedge and serve.
