- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 4 Eggs
- 4 slices Bacon Cooked And Crumbled
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion Diced
- 1/4 cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1/4 cup Black Olives Sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the desired size and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a large skillet or griddle, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables over the eggs.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and black olives over the vegetables.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
