Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Fresh Fish or Shrimp Chopped Into Small Pieces
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Red Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup Jalapeño Seeded And Finely Chopped
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fish or shrimp, lime juice, and lemon juice.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Add the red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeño to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing appetizer or main dish.
