- 1 lb Pork Shoulder
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Trim any excess fat from the pork shoulder.
- In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork shoulder into the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the top.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and falls apart.
- Using tongs, remove the pork from the slow cooker and transfer it to a cutting board.
- Using a fork, shred the pork into small pieces.
- Place the shredded pork back into the slow cooker and stir to coat it with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
