Ingredients
- 2 cup Chicken Breast Cooked And Shredded
- 2 cup Mixed Vegetables Frozen Carrots, Peas, Green Beans
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
The Dumplings:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter Melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large pot, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and milk.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Slowly add the chicken broth and milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Add the chicken broth mixture to the pot with the chicken and vegetables, and stir until it's well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt for the dumplings.
