Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes Boiled And Mashed
- 2 cup Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Beans)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 2 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves Chopped
- 4 Buttered Pav Buns
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn mushy.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
- Mash the vegetables and potatoes with a potato masher until they are well combined.
- Add chopped cilantro leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot with buttered pav buns.
