- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg Lightly Beaten
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
- Sliced Green Onions For Garnish
- Sesame Seeds For Garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped onion, soy sauce, egg, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form the mixture into meatballs.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the meatballs onto skewers, leaving a little space between each meatball.
- Grill the meatball skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
- Brush the teriyaki sauce over the meatball skewers, or serve it on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
