- 1 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
For The Filling:
- 4 Egg Yolks Large
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Ounces)
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice = About 4 Limes
- 1 tbsp Lime Zest
For The Whipped Cream Topping (Optional):
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
For The Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use a flat-bottomed measuring cup to press the crumbs firmly into the dish.
