- Container With A Lid For Freezing
Ingredients
- 4 cup Frozen Berries Or
- Frozen Mango Or
- Frozen Pineapple
- 1/4 cup Honey Or
- Agave Nectar Optional
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Or
- Lime Juice Both Optional
Instructions
- To make the sorbet, blend the frozen fruit in a food processor or blender until it becomes a smooth puree.
- Add in the honey or agave nectar and water, and blend again until well combined.
- If desired, add in the lemon or lime juice for a bit of tang.
- If using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
- If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container with a lid and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Stirring every 30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Once the sorbet is frozen, scoop it into serving bowls and enjoy immediately!
