Ingredients
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate Chopped
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder For Dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the semisweet chocolate, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
- Melt the mixture in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a melon baller or spoon, scoop out the chocolate mixture and roll it into small balls.
- Place the chocolate balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill the chocolate balls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Place the unsweetened cocoa powder in a small bowl.
- Roll the chocolate balls in the cocoa powder to coat.
