Ingredients
- 1 lb Paneer Cheese Cut Into Cubes
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
- 1 Onion Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Cooking Oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the Paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion to the mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated Paneer and vegetables onto the skewers.
- Brush or spoon some cooking oil on the Paneer and vegetables.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill or grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the Paneer and vegetables are lightly charred and cooked through.
- Serve hot with chutney or raita.
