Cajun Deviled Eggs Recipe

- Plastic Bag With The Corner Cut Off
- Piping Bag (Optional)
Ingredients
- 8 Eggs Large
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Fresh Parsley Chopped
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, drain the hot water and fill the saucepan with cold water. Let the eggs cool in the cold water for a few minutes before peeling them.
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and set the egg whites aside.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl with the egg yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the filling into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off.
