  • Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, drain the hot water and fill the saucepan with cold water. Let the eggs cool in the cold water for a few minutes before peeling them.
  • Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and set the egg whites aside.
  • Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl with the egg yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the filling into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off.
  • Pipe the filling into each egg white half, filling them completely.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (if desired).
