- 4 Bagels Split In Half
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 8 oz Smoked Salmon Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1 tbsp Capers Drained
- Fresh Dill Chopped
- 1 Lemon Sliced
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Toast the bagels to your desired level of crispness.
- In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese onto each toasted bagel half.
