For the Fish:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another mixing bowl, whisk the egg and water together.
  • In a third mixing bowl, place the panko bread crumbs.
  • Dip each cod fillet in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the panko bread crumbs, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
  • Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
  • Air fry the cod fillets for 10 minutes, then flip them over using tongs.
  • Air fry for another 8-10 minutes until the fish is crispy and golden brown.

For the Chips:

  • Peel & Cut Potatoes Into Strips
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the potato fries to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the potato fries in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
  • Air fry the potato fries for 10 minutes, then flip them over using tongs.
  • Air fry for another 8-10 minutes until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove the fish and fries from the air fryer basket and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
