For The Crust:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Cold And Cubed
For The Lemon Curd:
- 1/2 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (About 2-3 Lemons)
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
- 2 Eggs Large
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
For the Crust:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and granulated sugar.
