- 1.1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces

For The Yakitori Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mirin (Japanese Sweet Rice Wine)
- 2 tbsp Sake (Japanese Rice Wine)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the Yakitori sauce.
- Place the chicken thigh pieces in the Yakitori sauce and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, allowing the flavors to meld.
