- 1.5 lb Boneless Chicken Breast Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces
- 1.5 lb Pork Loin Boneless, Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces
- 1/4 cup 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 tbsp 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Ingredients For Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cucumber Grated And Drained
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
- Salt To Taste

- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.Add the chicken and pork pieces to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
- While the meat is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and pork.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side or until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
