- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Cold And Cubed
- 1/4 cup Ice-Cold Water

- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree Canned Or Freshly Cooked
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Eggs Large
- Whipped Cream For Garnish (Optional)
