- 4 Bone-in, skin-on Chicken Thighs
- 4 Bone-in, skin-on Chicken Drumsticks
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Piri-piri Sauce (or hot sauce)
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 teasp Salt
- 1/2 teasp Black Pepper
- Lemon wedges For Serving
