- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Tomatoes Diced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion Diced
- 1/4 cup Jalapeños Sliced, (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Stir well to evenly coat the meat with the spices. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
