  • Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
  • Add the lamb pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the lamb is browned on all sides.
  • Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the lamb is tender.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
