Ingredients
- .55 lb Paneer Cut Into Cubes
- 1.1 lb Spinach Washed And Chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt Salt To Taste
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped spinach and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend to form a smooth puree.
- Return the puree to the pan and add paneer cubes. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cream and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the curry thickens.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
