Ingredients
Fresh Fruits (2 cups):
- Strawberries Or
- Raspberries Or
- Blueberries Or
- Mango Or
- Orange Or
- Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Fresh, Or
- Lime Juice Fresh, Optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the water and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the fresh fruit and lemon or lime juice, and stir until well combined.
- Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the fruit mixture until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
- Insert Popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To remove the Popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
