  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the water and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

  • Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the fruit mixture until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
  • Insert Popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  • To remove the Popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
