- 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Potato Starch Or
- Cornstarch Optional
- Food Coloring Optional
- Peanuts Chopped, Optional

- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, and water. Mix until well combined.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir with a wooden spoon.
