- 1 lb Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless; Cut Into Small Pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In another shallow dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat evenly.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).
