Preparing Chicken:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the chicken to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.

Baking Chicken:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and place the marinated chicken breasts on it. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil cover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into pieces.
  • Thread the chicken breasts onto skewers and serve with your favorite side dishes.
