Ingredients
- 8 Egg Large
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 6 cup Whole Grain Bread Cubed
- 1 cup Bacon Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 1/2 cup Scallions Sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the bread cubes to the bowl and stir until they are fully coated in the egg mixture.
- Fold in the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red and green bell peppers, and sliced scallions.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown and set in the center.
