Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread White Or Whole Wheat
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- 4 slices Cheese slices Cheddar, Swiss, Or American
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Cooking Spray Optional
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Melt butter or heat cooking spray in the skillet over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook sunny side up.
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or toaster oven.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese on top of each slice of bread.
- Add a few slices of bacon and a sunny side up eggs to each sandwich.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- If desired, place the sandwiches in a sandwich press for a few minutes to melt the cheese and make the bread crispy.
