Ingredients
- 4 Russet Potatoes Medium-Sized, Scrubbed And Chopped Into Small Cubes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
