- 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cup Apples Peeled, Cored And Diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners if necessary (depending on your muffin tin).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter equally among the prepared muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
