- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Celery Stalks Diced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14 Oz)
- 1 cup Fish Stock Or
- Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Adjust To Taste)
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- 1 pound Cod Fillets Cut Into Chunks, Or
- Halibut
- 1/2 pound Large Shrimp Peeled And Deveined
- 1/2 pound Mussels Scrubbed And Debearded
- 1/2 pound Clams Scrubbed
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced red and green bell peppers, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
