- 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 1 can Coconut Milk (13.5 Oz)
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Lemongrass Stalk Bruised And Chopped Into 1-Inch Pieces
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1 inch Galangal Sliced
- 2 Thai Bird Chilies Sliced (Adjust According To Spice Preference)
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves For Serving
