Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 3 Thai Bird Chilies Minced (Adjust According To Spice Preference)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves Packed
- 4 cup Rice Cooked
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar until well combined.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the ground pork to the wok and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink.
