  • In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
  • Add chopped spinach and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend to form a smooth puree.
  • Return the puree to the pan and add paneer cubes. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add cream and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the curry thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
